TranfigurePlus pays for return postage if the item was damaged, faulty. Buyer pays for return postage if the buyer’s returning the item because the buyer changed his mind.

You always have the right to withdraw  from your order within 14 days, without giving any reason. You shall send back the products no later than 14 days from the day you purchased the products.

Your request will be processes within 14 days after we receive your return. As soon as your refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
